The Proposed 200 unit Market Street Mixed Use Development is located on one of downtown Brantford’s main historic streets.  The development is comprised of  ground floor retail, surface and underground parking, and 10 stories of residential units.


Due to its siting, adjacent to other buildings of heritage value,  studioCANOO has carefully designed and guided the project through planning approvals processes to mitigate heritage concerns with sensitivity

Proposal for a brick duplex in the East Annex, a heritage zone of Toronto, Ontario with DPo Architecture.  The proposal is comprised of a contemporary front addition onto an existing structure with a careful sensitivity to the heritage character of the adjacent houses along Bedford Avenue.
