This proposal for a carefully detailed brick duplex is located in the East Annex, a heritage zone of Toronto, Ontario.

Designed in collaboration with dPO Architecture, the proposal is comprised of a contemporary front addition onto an existing structure with a careful sensitivity to the heritage character of the adjacent houses along Bedford Avenue.

The completed project would be comprised of two high end 2000 sqft townhomes.
